Restaurang Fjällgården - Aare

the decor, the ambiente and the view from the hotel is great. Eating is also good. we asked for vegetarian options and they were friendly enough to create them for us.

We have only used the restaurant for a lunch while taking a brake from skiing. We ordered reindeer stew. It was out in less than 10 minutes and it was amazing. A bar and restaurant looks so cosy and welcomig. We loved it.

this hotel is located near the lift and in the heart of the ski resort åre, so from here you can access everywhere. the personal is very good. Eating and drinks are perfect and have good quality. in summer they have a good view over the mountain and the lake. visit here once and they will use it very soon.

they run down the hotel. the rooms have handles and furniture falling apart. restaurant and bar quite hefty price. pays 8€ for 2 pepsis and a fertilizer cocktail (especially just one concoction of different fizzy juice)! live band is ok. but they began to do their cures at 9 o'clock a day, not something everyone wants to experience. many seasonal workers who know what they do and others do not. they are aware. if they pay for their bill, they will ask for a service tip even if it is already included.

nice place. good kitchen and enough space to not crowded, but still cozy! the ski/snowboard compartment they get with the room is about half as big as they need. max 3 snowboards fit when they have a room for 6. I doubt that 6 skis can fit.
