The restaurant has been open for less than 2 weeks, the problem in itself is not so much the staff, but their lack of service.Carole the caissière that is a quartermaster is stupid as a prison door. We feel like we're disturbing her by placing our order. Ask for a fork for my poutine she sighs as if it was too much to ask for from me. The restaurant has been poorly designed, very little room and too close to each other, difficult to circulate. Good luck if you have a overweight, a wheelchair or a stroller. In addition, only 1 trash can in a racoin for the entire restaurant and so badly designed that food does not force and salt your hands. hoping that great improvements will be made quickly.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on May 19, 2019 and were extremely disappointed. We had to wait a long time for our simple orders, and the interior of the restaurant was so hot that we were sweating when our food finally arrived. The kitchen floors were dirty, and we were grateful that we could eat outside because it was so uncomfortable inside. We both ordered burgers and shared some fries and onion rings. My burger was cold and tasteless, while my husband's was undercooked and even had a black hair in it. The fries were bland, but the only decent thing we had were the onion rings. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

I had to wait 30 minutes to receive my order, an item was missing from the bill, and the server told me to wait in line and reorder it. 30 minutes? This is ridiculous! It seems like they don't care about keeping customers. I paid $40 for 4 burgers that looked terrible and were not even what I ordered. Will not be returning to this place again.

This location has the worst fries I've ever tasted. They are always undercooked and taste like raw potatoes. However, the burgers and onion rings are delicious, and the root beer served in ice glasses is fantastic.
