McDonald's - Bluefield

Every time I visit this restaurant, something goes wrong, usually due to the unpleasant attitudes of some of the staff. For two consecutive days, my drink was handed to me with soda spilled all over it. On both occasions, the cup was damaged and the employees were unwilling to provide a napkin or replace it with a new cup.

I had made a mobile order through the app.I pulled up to the screen and the lady on the intercom told me that I couldn't do a mobile order by drive-thru,I had to come in. So,I went in,the only employee up front was standing at the opposite side of the register as if she were in line, scrolling on her phone for 4min+ drinking her mcdonalds drink. I tried to ask her for assistance but she slammed her phone down on the counter and ran to the back where the cooks are,finally she came out and assisted others,I had to speak up louder and she got rude with me. Then,i went to my car and sit for a bit ,ate,very dry biscuit as to the point i had to take a drink with every bite cuz it was so dry i was getting choked. The woman who assisted me had come out right after me and was still there when I left,standing and laughing with a group of guys..There was quite a few people that had went in after me and they were getting packed but I guess she had better things to do than her job! I wasn't treated with anything,not that I expect anything besides politeness and manners but I didn't even get that! I won't be going back here either,especially after my husband's food had a hair in it! No use going back,they'll want whats left of the food and give u another..I went on down the road to find better food and manners!

Well the food I ordered was mediocre. Half my bun was hard as a rock. It was a jalapeño double stack quarter pounder. The featured meal. It would have been better if it was that especially considering my wife I used to pay is a member of McDonalds.

They did great! Thanks for the extra Big Mac for my boyfriend on the house.

The staff and team at McDonald's are friendly, and they are willing to customize your order if you ask politely. Don't forget to leave them a tip, especially at the location in Bluefield, West Virginia.
